About the 911±¬ÁÏ Annual General Meeting

__The 2025 911±¬ÁÏ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 911±¬ÁÏ Rosemoor, Devon at 2pm on Tuesday 8 July 2025 – all 911±¬ÁÏ Members are welcome. Ahead of the meeting, members need to confirm their attendance at the AGM and reserve a spot on one of the three guided tours by . Tours start at 12.30pm in The Formal Gardens (Winter Garden and Rose Gardens), Edibles and Orchards, or Lady Anne’s Garden.

The Notice of the AGM (886kB pdf) details all AGM business, including the election of the 911±¬ÁÏ President, Treasurer and members to 911±¬ÁÏ Council. Information on the candidates standing for election to 911±¬ÁÏ Council and their statements are available in the Notice and on 911±¬ÁÏ Elections.

Please note: Although Tuesday 8 July is a dog-friendly day at the garden, it isn’t possible to bring dogs into the AGM.

The 911±¬ÁÏ Governance and People Committee leads the annual election process to the 911±¬ÁÏ Council. The Committee reviews the applications of all nominees who apply to stand with the support of the 911±¬ÁÏ Council and interviews a shortlist of candidates. Following a skills audit of current trustees, the Committee considers the skills and experience required and makes recommendations for selected candidates for election to the 911±¬ÁÏ Council.
