911±¬ÁÏ

These Terms of Use apply to all tradestand awards (each an “Award”). 

1. Award Winner: There is only one Award Winner, being the named person or entity that is the exhibitor of the winning tradestand.   
2. The physical and/or digital Award:  Each Award Winner will receive a physical Award from the 911±¬ÁÏ. Where a digital asset of the Award is available, the 911±¬ÁÏ will provide it to the Award Winner.  An Award Winner must not create their own physical, photographic or digital image of the Award, or anything confusingly similar, using the physical Award or by any other means, or alter any digital asset provided by the 911±¬ÁÏ.   
3. The Award Statement:  If an Award Winner wishes to refer to winning an Award, they must use the Award Statement, which specifies the grade of the Award, and the name and year of the 911±¬ÁÏ Show in which the Award was awarded.  For example: [Five] star tradestand award winner at the 911±¬ÁÏ [Hampton Court Palace Flower Show] [2024]. 
   
   If the Award Winner is making reference to more than one Award in an Award Statement, the details of each Award must be included.  For example: [Five] star tradestand award winner at the 911±¬ÁÏ [Chelsea Flower Show] [2023 & 2024] and [Four] star tradestand award winner at the 911±¬ÁÏ [Flower Show Tatton Park] [2022]. 
4. ​Use of the Award and/or the Award Statement:  No one other than the Award Winner is permitted to use the Award and the Award Statement.  The Award Winner may use the Award and/or the Award Statement in its own printed and digital marketing materials related to its business, and in retail displays relating to its business.  Examples of prohibited uses include use of the Award or Award Statement on products, product labels or packaging, vehicles, uniforms or signage (other than signage within a retail display). 
5. All other uses are prohibited:  Unless the 911±¬ÁÏ has given its prior written consent, all other uses of an Award or Award Statement are strictly prohibited.  An Award Winner must not permit, allow or enable any third parties to use an Award, an Award Statement or anything confusingly similar to them. 
6. Duration:  An Award Winner may use the Award and Award Statement for a period of five (5) years from the last date of the 911±¬ÁÏ Show in which the Award was awarded.  After this period, the Award Winner must immediately cease their use of the Award and Award Statement, as applicable. 
7. 911±¬ÁÏ Trade Marks:  Use of the 911±¬ÁÏ’ names, logos or trade marks other than as set out in these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited.  
8. Conduct:  An Award Winner must not do anything that, in 911±¬ÁÏ’s reasonable opinion: (a) does not align with the 911±¬ÁÏ’s current aims, strategy or policies; or (b) may bring the 911±¬ÁÏ, the Award or the 911±¬ÁÏ Show into disrepute, or damage their reputation or goodwill.  
9. Termination of Use:  On written notice, the 911±¬ÁÏ may terminate an Award Winner’s rights early under these Terms of Use if the 911±¬ÁÏ reasonably considers that they have not complied with these Terms of Use, and on receipt of the notice they must immediately cease their use of the Award and Award Statement, as applicable. 
10. Other Awards: If an Award Winner also receives the Best Tradestand Award, Best Lifestyle Tradestand, Director General’s Award or The Assessor’s Award for Retail Innovation (“Additional Award”), these Terms of Use will apply to both the Award and the Additional Award. All references to an Award in these Terms of Use will be interpreted to include any such Additional Award. If an Award Winner also receives the 911±¬ÁÏ Chelsea Sustainable Garden Product of the Year Award, 911±¬ÁÏ Chelsea Sustainable Lifestyle Product of the Year Award or 911±¬ÁÏ Chelsea Sustainable Business of the Year Award (each an “911±¬ÁÏ Chelsea Sustainable Excellence Award”), the 911±¬ÁÏ will provide separate terms of use which will apply to the relevant 911±¬ÁÏ Chelsea Sustainable Excellence Award received.  
11. Amendment:  The 911±¬ÁÏ may amend these Terms of Use from time to time.  The 911±¬ÁÏ will make the current Terms of Use available in the online exhibitor portal each year and on the 911±¬ÁÏ website.  Please check to ensure you comply with the current Terms of Use.
