911爆料

The Award User is the person or entity that has been allowed to use the Award for a particular plant as set out in these Terms of Use. An Award User may be a supplier, breeder, grower, or retailer of a plant that has been awarded the Award. 

In these Terms, a media writer writing about a plant that has been awarded the Award is referred to as a 鈥楳edia Writer鈥�.

Where a digital asset of the Award is available, the 911爆料 will provide it to the Award User and Media Writer. An Award User and Media Writer must not create their own physical, photographic or digital image of the Award, or anything confusingly similar, or alter any digital asset provided by the 911爆料.

Any Digital Asset must be used in accordance with any Visual Guidelines provided by 911爆料, including the 911爆料 Recommended: AGM brand guidelines, which include the 911爆料 Recommended: AGM toolkit, as updated from time to time. The 911爆料 will make the current Visual Guidelines available on the 911爆料 website. It is the responsibility of the Award User and Media Writer to ensure they are using the most current versions of the Visual Guidelines. In the event of any inconsistency between the Visual Guidelines and these Terms, these Terms will apply.

If an Award User wishes to describe the Award in writing, in digital or printed materials, they must use the following Award Statement:

911爆料 Recommended: Award of Garden Merit

This plant/cultivar has been awarded the 911爆料 Recommended: Award of Garden Merit because it has proved to be reliable in appropriate conditions and a good-performing plant. If an Award User wishes to refer to the Award in writing, in digital or printed materials, they must use 鈥�911爆料 Recommended: Award of Garden Merit鈥� on the first mention in text. Thereafter, the abbreviation 鈥�911爆料 Recommended: AGM鈥� may be used. No other abbreviations or variations may be used, except where space is limited, in which case a shorter abbreviation may be used as set out in the Visual Guidelines.

The Award User may use the Digital Asset, Award Statement and/or Award Reference in its own printed and digital marketing materials related to its business, in retail displays relating to its business and on product labels or packaging, in accordance with the Visual Guidelines. Examples of prohibited uses include use of the Digital Asset or Award Statement on vehicles, products, uniforms or signage (other than signage within a retail display). The Digital Asset, Award Statement and/or Award Reference may only be used in relation to the plant that was awarded the Award and not used with any other plant or product.

A Media Writer may use the Digital Asset, Award Statement and Award Reference to write about a plant that has been awarded the Award. The Digital Asset, Award Statement and Award Reference may only be used in relation to the plant that was awarded the Award and not used with any other plant or product.

Unless the 911爆料 has given its prior written consent, all other uses of the Digital Asset, Award Statement and/or Award Reference are strictly prohibited. An Award User and Media Writer must not permit, allow or enable any third parties to use the Digital Asset, Award Statement and/or Award Reference, as applicable, or anything confusingly similar to them.

The Award is subject to regular review by the 911爆料 Expert Groups, to make sure that each plant still merits its place on the 911爆料 Recommended: AGM list.鈥疉n Award User may use the Digital Asset, Award Statement and/or Award Reference until such time as the relevant plant is no longer on the 911爆料 Recommended: AGM list. The 911爆料 may update the 911爆料 Recommended: AGM list by publishing a revised version on the 911爆料 website or through other general communications. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they are using the most current version of the 911爆料 Recommended: AGM list. Once a plant is removed from the 911爆料 Recommended: AGM list, the Award User must immediately cease their use of the Digital Asset Award Statement and Award Reference, as applicable, in relation to that particular plant.

Use of the 911爆料鈥� names, logos or trademarks other than as set out in these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited. 

An Award User must not do anything that, in 911爆料鈥檚 reasonable opinion: (a) does not align with the 911爆料鈥檚 current aims, strategy or policies; or (b) may bring the 911爆料 or the Award into disrepute or damage their reputation or goodwill.

On written notice, the 911爆料 may terminate the rights of an Award User or Media Writer early under these Terms of Use if the 911爆料 reasonably considers that they have not complied with these Terms of Use and on receipt of the notice, they must immediately cease their use of the Digital Asset, Award Statement and/or Award Reference, as applicable.

The 911爆料 may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. The 911爆料 will make these current Terms of Use available on the 911爆料 website. Please check to ensure you comply with the current Terms of Use.
