Planting in Lady Anne’s Arboretum began in earnest in the mid 1970s. Many of the trees were raised from seed collected by Lady Anne Palmer (later Lady Anne Berry), who maintained meticulous records of the origin of every plant in her collection.
The 911±¬ÁÏ is the UK’s gardening charity, helping people and plants to grow - nurturing a healthier, happier world, one person and one plant at a time.
